Originally from Austria, Leo studied media and founded his own agency in London. Relocating to the Netherlands in 2017, he has held various roles for SaaS start-ups and agencies, focusing on Customer Success, and Product Marketing.

Briefly having considered a stint in the culinary world as a Pastry Chef, he (very) logically ended up in Marketing!
After 10 years on the B2C side of things, running E-commerce Marketing teams, he made the switch to B2B, where he fell in love with the world of Customer Success and digital customer strategies.
His main goal is to make scalable Customer Success a reality for every SaaS company, and every type of customer.

Originally from Germany, Robert co-founded Channable in 2014 together with Stefan Hospes and Rob van Nuenen. His focus is on building a scalable and reliable technology platform that powers all of Channable's products. The goal is that Channable will give every marketer the tools that they need to succeed.
Vicky Wicherts Lead Customer Success International, Channable
Leading the Customer Success team for all regions outside of Benelux - focusing on DACH, France, Italy, Iberia, Nordics, UK & Ireland and USA & Canada.
Born and bred in the Netherlands with a strong International background after finishing European Studies and the Erasmus Exchange program. Started at Channable in 2020 as Senior CSM Benelux. With her commercial and hospitality background Vicky is highly focused on building sustainable relationships with partners, clients, colleagues and team members. The goal of Customer Success is to empower and enable our partners and clients to achieve their eCommerce goals and beyond.
